World Athletics Road Race Label เป็นตราสัญลักษณ์รับรองมาตรฐานการจัดงานวิ่งทางเรียบ ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารจัดการ ความปลอดภัยบนถนนสาธารณะ และประสบการณ์ของนักวิ่ง โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระดับ คือ

1. แพลตินัม (Platinum)

2. โกล์ด (Gold)

3. อีลีท (Elite)

4. เลเบล (Label)

ในการแข่งขันจะมีนักวิ่งแนวหน้าระดับโลก ปิดการจราจร 100% และมอบเงินรางวัลแก่ผู้ชนะ นอกจากนี้ยังเน้นการงดใช้สารกระตุ้น แผนรองรับเหตุฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ และความยั่งยืน เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม

ตราสัญลักษณ์นี้จะได้รับการรับรองเป็นรายปีเท่านั้น ดังนั้น ตั้งแต่ปี 2566 สงขลามาราธอนได้ปรับปรุงพัฒนาคุณภาพ และได้รับการรับรองระดับ เลเบล (Label) อย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงปี 2568 อีกเช่นกัน
